prenatal vitamens.

what is the dffrence between taking prescribed prenatles and over the the counter prenatles? i jus found out in two weeks and i dnt wanna make the incorrect choice for my babys health. pls leave me any info that might help or have helped you

It's true, there is no difference. Take your prenatal everyday and your baby will be very healthy  :-)

From my understanding, there's no difference. My doctor recommended prescribing prenatals because he thought it would be cheaper for me if my insurance paid for it. But I decided to stick with the over the counter prenatals I was already taking since they settle better in my stomach.
