would you recommend...
A friend of mine suggested using "your baby can read" dvds to enhance developmental skills for babies. I looked thru their web site and am undecided.

I decided not to even think about it anymore. Babies need to be babies, no need to push them forward when they will get everything as time progresses as far as growth and developement. Thanks for your comments.
As a Kindergarten teacher, I do not care for the concept...they are not developmentally appropriate. There are so many other things our little ones need to be learning now. Learning how to read is not a developmental milestone for a baby.
i saw the infomercial for that last time I was in the US and was also intrigued by the idea! The infomercial was really impressive!....but I decided that I dont think it is necessary.
