? about weight gain

So in the beg of my pregnancy I lost a total of 22 lbs, now I am currently at 134. I'm 22w5d today and I haven't gained much, tho I eat a lot. Idk if its cause I avoid fast foods and cook at home or what. Anyways I read on a pregnancy app that i should hve gained 15lbs in the 23rd week...looks like that didn't happen, is this a bad thing? Baby is healthy btw & heartbeat is excellent...just don't know what's up with me

Hey girl, no worries I was exactly the same, I dropped bout 30 lbs cause I was working all the time and couldn't keep anything down. I slowly started gaining weight at like 25wks I'm at 36 wks now and have only gained back 8lbs, the only concern my doctor has was I have a lot of pains when she moves around, but he says that petite figured girls usually are more uncomfortable the bigger the baby gets. Heating pad is my beSt friend. But just keep up eating Well and as long as you and your baby are healthy that's What's important. Good luck.

Every women is different. I started at 122 and now at 25 weeks I am 141. I am right on target. from week 20 to 24 I stayed between 136 and 138 and was concerned of the lack of weight gain but my Dr said that since everyone is different, there is no set weight, just a range. Hope this helps and Congrats!!

Long as your Dr isnt concerned and your baby is healthy your fine. Everyone is different. I started at 118 and I am now 132 at 23 wks 2 days. If you start overweight its common to loose weight during pregnancy
