Thats not true i eat so many potatoes and quite a bit of bananas and i still get them at least twice a week if not more. Maybe i dont drink enough water lol but i drink quite a bit
Around 30 weeks I got them a few times them when I was sleeping. Drink plenty of water and make sure you're not dehydrated. Also eat bananas. Good luck!
I get them everyday in the middle of the night! Drink lots of water and eat a banana before bed. That's what my doctor suggested and it's helped a little bit.
I only get them if I point my toes down while I stretch. Those are horrible!
They make sleep uncomfortable, but it only happens to me when I sleep on one side of my body too long. Try to shift every now again in bed.

it sucked! lol i tried stretching my leg out but i couldn't, it hurt so bad. i was massaging it for awhile til it went away. and now my calf is all sore. lol
I got those all the time!!!! Almost every morning, I've learned to bend my leg when it starts cramping
I actually woke up in the middle of the night 'cause I got one. Worst pain ever! I woke up crying & my husband had to massage it out. He said he used to get them a lot bc he wasn't drinking enough water.
Eat bananas and potatoes. You need more potassium thats why you got one
