getting pregnant after tubes ties 4 years ago is it possible

hi there. i am 27 years old mother of 5. i had my last baby on june 6th 2006.i had an emergency c section and then right after my tubes were tied. for the past 3 months or so my period had been very irregular and coming later . i had severe pain a few day before a period were i thought i was going into labor . now i am experiencing naussea ever since i started ever cleanse . i am also started to crave some foods i did not before . i also have put on some weight my husband says i look like i am 7 months pregnant . can it be possible i am . please help

so i went to the doctor telling them im having all signs of pregnancy . nausea ,vomitting and head aches and back pain. i had my tubes tied 4 years ago no period in a month and a half now . doctor took urine and blood tests and did only ultrasounds of my liver kidneys and other areas. but still nothing my pain is kinda like early braxton hics in pregnancy . please help what should do

Hi!
Anything is possible.  I ALWAYS recommend taking a pregnancy test.  Usually the tubal ligations that are done at the time of a C section, are pretty good, and rarely fail.
So, its more likely that you are just having irregular cycles.  Sometimes that severe cramping can be associated with passing big clots, or having heavy flow.
If you were my patient, I would want to do an ultrasound to look at the lining of your uterus to make sure there was no thickening or polyps. If you haven't been in for an exam for awhile, you probably ought to go!
