Help! Burning nipples at 33wks 3d

I noticed that my left nipple has had a burning sensation all day. This morning I noticed that it was leaking a bit of colostrum. This burning sensation has gotten to be annoying and I was wondering has anybody else had this problem this early? And is there something to stop the burning? Also I am a first time mom.

Yessss!! It wakes me up from my sleep it burns so bad! It all started with my hips getting that feeling and id have to rotate every hour. But one night my right boob felt like there was a match on it I didn't have a bra on that night so I put one on and rubbed it hard in circles until it felt a little better. Dr said its just a part of the pregnancy.

Try a heating pad or a warm shower. It should help relieve some stress. If you are leaking perhaps try hand expressing some colostrum.

I did not wear a bra all day and it still burns.. I really don't know what is causing this because it only happens when I go into a cold room

Im 31w2d I have the same problem but I think its because my nipple gets irritated by the bra's I wear so I started wearing sports bras and that helped a lot
