Any tips on inducing labour ladies? Tried pineapple... bouncing on a birth ball... keeping active... sex... and I've had a sweep... I was 2cm two days ago... desperate to meet my little one soon... and also worried because I know the doctors have got my dates wrong by a week (I know when I concieved) so technically I'm. A week overdue already!

This sounds crazy but it worked for my sister get in the back of a car  and go over some train tracks a few times lol the rougher the tracks the better and then go for a walk. Id even say try a bath but not for long you wont feel your water break but the water pressure will help that little one move down somemore :) good luck!
