Stay hydrated and snack throughout the day!  When Tylenol didn't help me Popsicles worked wonders.

Boil ginger in water and drink it as a tea. I too have been having headaches lately and apparently this is supposed to be affective but not sure how well. Haven't had the chance to go grocery shopping so I can't tell you how well it works. :/

I have them everyday since 11 wks n I had to buy regular strength Tylenol I couldn't take it anymore.
