This is my 2nd pregnancy & my first one i had a miscarriage but i have alittobit of a different pregnancy this time besides morning sickness Nausea/vomiting. My first pregnancy i had the Smell sensitivity very strong i could smell everything miles away but this time i dont have it is this normal????

If you were my patient, I would advise you that it is completely normal for your second pregnancy to be completely different from your first.  Every pregnancy is different.  "Morning sickness" can be a good sign of a healthy pregnancy, but many women who have healthy babies don't experience it.
Don't worry if things are different this time around!

Every pregnancy is different and so will be your symptoms so I wouldn't worry. I had no symptoms with my first two pregnancies except being tired and then with my last one I had every symptom possible.
