But I have a sore and my temperature is high ...my doctor told me to not eat any medicine :/

Really Tylenol is all they Let You Really Take Anyways when Ur pregnant..

I would call your doctor office, most nurses on call have a list of pregnancy safe medicines they can read off to you. Ive taken Tylenol.

There are also lots of natural ways of helping colds. For me, I use a spoonful of honey with fresh lemon squeezed in it. That helps with sore throats.

Definitely call your dr and ask, they can tell you what is safe to take and what is not. Unfortunately there's not too much you can take while pregnant, if it's a sore throat Tylenol might be your best bet (not Advil, or ibuprofen, JUST Tylenol). But call your dr
