Honestly I've done my hair twice during this pregnancy. I used the non-amonia kind and applied it in a ventilated room, and my doctor sad it was fine.

For my son, I dyed my hair black underneath and bleached it blonde on top at 6 weeks. I was on depo when I got pregnant so I didn't know until I was 7 weeks. He's perfectly healthy.

You should be fine (: I'm only 13 weeks and dyed mine around 9 weeks. I wore a painters mask just to prevent breathing as many fumes as possible. I also had a fan positioned to blow towards me. Buttt I'm sure I over did it.

You're just fine to color your hair. I do every 4-6 weeks. I didn't in my first trimester but when I got into my second it's considered safe.(:
