Oh and another important thing, hormones are CRAZY. period mood swings have nothing on pregnancy mood swings. Don't act rashly because of something you think or feel, it could just be hormones making you feel like that. Don't make any big decisions without thinking it over multiple times. And good luck and congratulations!
Listen to your body, if you're thirsty, drink. If you're tired, rest! Be careful about napping too close to bed time, because it'll really mess your schedule up (hence why I am on here at one thirty in the morning) don't stress too hard about anything, don't expect to feel the same as you did pre pregnancy. Do make time for yourself to enjoy life. Do go out with your friends as often as possible while you still can. Don't let anybody get you down or talk you into doing something you aren't comfortable with. Do take care of yourself!
Hi!
I'm certain that you will receive a ton of advice from forum members, so I will limit my response to the obvious things: quit drinking, smoking and using drugs if you have any of those bad habits. Start your prenatal vitamin with 40mcg of Folic acid immediately. Get a doctor's appointment (or midwife) as soon as you reasonably can. One more thing: DO NOT gain too much weight! I have seen too many teens "eat for two" and end up carrying the weight forever.
Good luck!
