thank you and I am 16 nearly 17 , my baby is due in April, I am scared for the pain of giving birth to be honest or messing up when the baby comes but I have got alot of family around me so they will be there to support me if I need
The thing about child birth is that women have been doing it for ages and the doctor/nurses are so skilled. I had an epidural which definitely helped with pain. And in the scheme of things, it goes pretty quickly. They guide you so well through the process that you don't have to be concerned. Even in terms of controlling your pain. They will guide you. And supportive family is key and you have it. Don't worry about messing up. Just love your baby. Do your best. :>)
I'm glad. I know that I also took a birthing class before I had my first baby. I thought it was really helpful. The hospital you deliver at will likely offer that. Are your parents being cooperative (sometimes parents aren't)?
