1st Trimester Screening
My Test # Were 1/138 For Downsyndrome Whats The Precentage Of Me Having A DS Baby?
Also this test should be done in the 2nd trimester. Not the first. For the test to even work you're supposed to be between 15-18 weeks.
My test was 1/13 for Trisomy 18. Which is tested for at the same time as Downs as they are both genetic disorders. With further testing my baby is fine. The false positive % for this test is very high.
My test for my daughter came back high. Went to the cities and got scan and the amino test??? Dunno how to spell it but where they take some amonic fluid and test it. Came back normal.. I'm preg now and I'm not sure I want to have that test done due to the stress I put myself under during a month of waiting for my appointment.
was it thru the blood test?
