My friend said she was 22 weeks before she noticed what she thought was flutters for the past two weeks was actually the baby kicking, don't worry it's perfectly normal

I will be 19 weeks tomorrow and have only felt flutters. I had an ultrasound done a couple days ago. The tech said I have an interior placenta and its acting as a pillow. So I don't feel his kicks very strong yet. As he gets bigger she said I will.

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that you will feel the baby very soon!  In fact you are probably already feeling it without realizing it.  At first it feels like butterflies or fluttering eye lashes--then it gets stronger and stronger.  MOST women start to feel their first baby right around 20 weeks, so you should feel something very soon!
Good luck!

Yes its normal. A lot of women don't feel baby move until after 20 weeks with their first pregnancy. I'm sure you will feel baby move very soon. You could try drinking something sugary like OJ and then laying on your side. Its easiest to feel baby when you aren't moving.
