23 weeks & no weight gain

This is my second pregnancy and with my first daughter i gained well over fifty pounds! I'm now 23 weeks and 2 days with my second girl and i haven't gained any weight at all. In fact I've lost nearly fifteen pounds. I know it's normal to not gain that much in your first trimester but with me being almost to my third shouldn't i have gained something? Is it okay to not gain?

I seem to lose a pound a month with this pregnancy! But I'm definitely showing &i know what you mean, i didn't think it was possible but my boobs have def gone up a size atleast! I guess the doctors aren't worried or they would have said something and at my last ultrasound, 18 weeks, baby was almost eleven ounces so i guess she's growing normally too! it will probably all hit me the last 3 months!

Im 10+3 and i think ive lost a little weight although my belly looks like its starting to become rounded. My regular md told me that according to my body type i should only gain about 25 pounds and i dont need to gain it all in the beginning but should try to save it for the end. I go to my ob on mon for my first appt so ill have to see what she thinks
