I had a stillbirth in Oct and thought I was pregnant beginning of march. I took 6 tests and all were negative. A week aftery missed period it finally was possitive. Just keep taking them.

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that all of the negative tests suggest that you are NOT pregnant.  That doesn't mean that something couldn't happen though.  I would offer you the option of taking some progesterone to see if it would start your period.  Progesterone is used to prevent miscarriage during early pregnancy and is safe to take if you ARE, if you AREN'T it might re-start your cycle and alleviate the worry.
Good luck!

I'd go back to the Dr and have them do a blood test. Sometimes for whatever reason urine tests can be negative for a while even if you are.
