With my first 2 pregnancies I barley gained anything but my dr. Would say I didn't gain anything at all because I was so sick I started out at 135 lbs and wighed 130 the night I went in to have the baby. I had really during my pregnancy went down to 119 lbs so I would say I gained 15 but I guess they don't count it like that. That happend with my first 2 babies. So as long as the baby looks healthy and is measuring right and they can't find anything wrong it's probably just because of ur morning sickness.

Im in the same position. This is my second baby i gained about 50lbs with the first. With this one i was 144 when i found out at4 weeks and I'm down to 137. The doctor said it was fine bc I've been really sick and I'm still getting sick.but it's weird bc my belly is getting bigger but I'm not gaining weight and the baby is perfectly healthy growing normal also.

If I may ask how much did you weight pre-pregnancy.
I weighed 170 and have stayed pretty much at that weight and I'm 22weeks. Maybe my body had enough fat already? Lol

Just as long ad you're eating healthy and your baby is growing I wouldn't be too worried. Have you been sick? Because I lost weight in my first trimester and part of my second trimester from morning sickness.

I wouldn't worry. My doc only wants me to gain 10 pounds total. I am 26 weeks and have gained 4 pounds. With my last baby I actually lost 30 pounds during my entire pregnancy and she was birn two weeks late and weighed 8 lbs 3 oz

Did you lose alot of weight in your first trimester? It all depends on your body also.

Im 26 weeks ive gain 20lb id be concerned because your weight gain isnt just fat, its the weight of the baby plus your placenta and everything else. Now if your doctor isnt concerned then i wont worry too much. But it is odd.

I don't think that is normal? I would ask your doctor. When my mom was pregnant she didn't gain anything until the last 2 weeks and the doctor had her scheduled for a bunch of tests to find out why she wasn't gaining.
