28 weeks, pain in lower back and front

Im 28 weeks pregnant i have severe pain in my lower back on both sides as well as in the lower front on both sides. Its been going on now for 8 hours and is getting worse and I was also vomiting last night which I thought was from the sweets I had eaten. I have had many problems with UTIs and also have had a kidney infection Im afraid that it is another kidney infection. Also since i started puking the baby has been going nuts non stop. Should I just go to the ER?

You need to call your local triage in your birthing center.  They can tell you.  If you have another UTI it needs to be treated.  Make sure you are well hydrated always.  32 oz of water about every 4-5 hours during pregnancy.  If you don't like water make some crystal light.  A UTI can make you very nauseated and can make you contract.  Definately call.

It could very well be another kidney infection. But you need to go to the ER since you are puking  and i assume you cant kepp anything down. Go to the ER and see for sure what is going on. You dont want to get severely dehydrated over something you could get under control

If youve been in severe pain for 8 hours, why are you not at the ER???? WE ARE NOT DOCTORS!
