28W W/ Braxton Hicks.. Seem Like They Don't Stop And It Hurts.

Basically what the caption says. I'm 28W I started having braxton hicks in easter. Well Thursday night they started and I have been having them since and there painful! My stomach is sore / tight .. When the baby moves it hurts. I'm so uncomfortable. My back and hips hurt with it. What can I do? :(

I drink 32oz-70oz a day of water and Powerade or juice
