29 weeks an lower back pain???

Is it normal to have painful lower back?? If I'm sitting or still I'm OK, but once I try to get up or walk omg its painful!!! I'm a ftm and I'm scared of any kind of pain! Idk what contraction feels like??

Could be the baby lying on your sciatic nerve. It's common in the second and third trimesters.  It's very painful. It's like a shooting pain going from your lower back down your leg. I had it with my first and I have it with this baby too. I have heard the same about getting on all 4's to try and shift the baby's position.

I read online to do the get on your 4, knees and elbows, and it helped a little

I've read it's because of the position of the baby. The baby can be applying pressure that's why.
