29 weeks pregnant movement.

I am 29 weeks and 3 days, and I feel like I have the laziest baby ever. Everywhere I read says I should be feel 8-10 movements every two hours, I'm lucky if I feel that in a day, I'm not that active during the day. So I thought I should feel her more. This is my first pregnancy so I worry a bit. Last time I saw my doctor was a week ago and he said everything was healthy and as long as I felt 10 movements a day I should be good. I think I feel that but the movement is down low, but the doctor said her head was down there, so is this just gas or could it be her somehow, cause not to often to I feel any higher movement.

I am 36 weeks and I only feel my baby move when I eat or drink something with sugar in it. So I have been nervous my hole pregnancy too but doc said same thing as long as he moves I am ok. I think I have the most relaxed baby too I mean like if I don't drink any cool aid I don't feel him move all day...

To try to get more movement you could change your position example: if you are sitting up try laying on your side for a few minutes if that doesnt help lay on your back.. so on.. A nother way i found that worked was getting into a warm tub of water and just lay back and relax. People also seem to have a lot of faith in drinking a glass of orange juice and seeing if that helps (never did with me but you are free to try)

Baby movement can be effected by baby's position and position of your placenta. Try keeping a talley of kick counts.
