#2days to go need advice

So I have two days left and I have only dilated to a cm.  Any advice on how I can speed up the process??

I ate my favorite mexican restaurant two days before i went into labor. So i think the spicy food helps

I was 37 weeks and dilated to 1cm. I drank 1 table spoon of castoroil or whatever it's called at 37 weeks 6 days went to the doctor that next morning and was dialted to a 5 and had my sweet baby at 38 weeks. Never got the poops either. January 1st 2014 weighing 7 lbs 4oz.

i do not know you can try a shower. i did a bath cuz it was relaxing

they say hot baths.. what i did with my first child was, go to my sisters bball game then went to eat supper walked a few blocks then went back home and got into a nice hot bath and went into laber early morning...
