They aren't good for you in general, but it won't hurt your baby to eat it. I have a sore throat so I have been eating them recently. I am also downing a lot of water too because of the sodium.

I eat ramen and I'm 34 weeks, baby is healthy. You just have to be careful of the amount of sodium and make sure you eat something with a little more protein as well.
