31 weeks, think I have lost some of my mucous plug, how early can you go into labour

Both my boys came on their due dates but this is my third and I have had alot more stress and stuff going on then I did the first 2 times.
I just went to the bathroom and I when I wiped I had this thick greenish goo and it was quite I bit, I am not sure if it was some of my mucous plug.
I have been having lots of cramping and excess discharge the last 3 days (just like a continuous leak and it is clear and sticky with no smell) so I checked my cervix last night (found out how to do it online) and when I did I could fit 3 fingers in which I was told is 3 cms (every finger is a cm) and also had lost of white sticky gooey mucous looking discharge on my fingers (I used hospital gloves).
So I was just wondering it this should be happening this early.
I have had 2 ultrasounds and the baby is measuring bigger.
I have been dizzy all day no matter what I do and have had an awful headache.
Also have been having contraction like pains on and off for the last few days (changing positions or drinking does nothing to change them) and I never had braxton hick contractions with my boys.
I have also had alot of pelvic pain and pressure down there and pressure from the baby.
I have a doctors appoinment on thursday, just curious to know if I should be worried and go to the doctor or wait until then.
Thanks

Thank you, and hopefully it does grow back and I am hoping I don't go into labor soon or too early.

I am 30 wks and have been losing pieces of my plug since 26 weeks. My doctor plus several others have all informed my the plug is not important. However, you checking your own could end badly, you might have to get checked to make sure you didn't hit or irratate something.

Its possible it is..if contractions are regular definitely try to be seen sooner. If they are irregular and you are not leaking fluid i would wait until the appointment you already have. Your mucus plug can regenerate.
