32 weeks and Dizzy

I've been getting very dizzy followed by feeling sick or sometimes vomiting. My lab work is good. No diabetes blood pressure checks are good. I have no idea how to make this better. The best advice two doctors gave me is slow down.

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that you should request to see a neurologist.  You might have benign postural vertigo, or vestibulitis or Meniere's disease, or any of a number of other conditions that can cause dizziness/vertigo.  There are medications that can help with the symptoms.
Ask for a consultation with a neurology specialist.
Good luck!
