If they are a credible continuous dr They wont induce u unless theres a serious medical reason before 39w..
My first was born at 38w. Weighted 7lb14. Not sure how much this baby weights. But hopefully a week doesn't make a big difference is just that I have so much back pain. Before I got pregnant I had an issue with my back because of an accident I don't want to put my baby at risk I I go full term. Not to mention my baby was born via cSection my cervix was to worked out and couldn't bring him down past 5cm.
Your baby is no longer considered full term at 37 weeks. You are now full term at 39 weeks. As of last year is when doctors are supposed to consider the baby full term. They will only induce you if you have a medical reason that makes it imperative. It ***** being so uncomfortable, but it's better for baby to be carried full term.
No doctor will do it before 39weeks. Yes your baby is considered full term at 37 weeks but still needs that extra couple weeks to gain more body fat to keep him or her warm.
I am getting induced at exactly 37 weeks because of high blood pressure and he was cautious about even doing it than! Most doctors wont induce just because your done. I wish, though! Good luck.

It depends on your physician & the hospital. Some doctors will and some won't. Good luck!
They will not induce you just because you want to before 39 weeks unless there is a medical reason for them to induce such as preeclampsia or other serious complications
