38 Weeks and going crazy
I am 38 weeks and only 1cm dilated. I know that the baby will come when she is ready but I have been walking every night trying to speed things along because my whole body hurts!!! Since I have started dilating is there any way to know how long it will take before I start going into labor? Other than sex or walking is there anything I can do to help prepare my body and possibly help the process along?
