I was dilated to a 1 and high and firm. My water broke at 39+2 naturally so you never know. It can happen quickly

My doc went on vacation for 2 weeks. So my appt isn't until the 20th of nov and I'm already 37 weeks. My next appt isn't until 4 days before my due date lol. The only thing she told me is if I feel any headaches or cramping or leaking or baby's not moving the same then go to the hospital

I know i just got a little discouraged cause all the contractions i was having but im just so anxious! And ^ the girl above me ur suppost to get an appointment every week now thats weird u should call ur doc

I'm 38weeks tomorrow and do not have another appt until next Friday. I thought it was supposed to be every week after you reach 36w?
I have not been checked, no idea if my cervix is thining or I'm effacing.. I have been told nothing and its so annoying!
I think I may possibly be losing my mucus plug very slowly but not sure and his head must be moving down as my pelvis hurts. I'm a ftm and I just want things to hurry up and start happening. I feel all you ladies!  I'm getting anxious!

With my first, I was dilated one cm at my appt. at 39 weeks exactly, my son was born three days later. Try not to get too disheartened!

Don't be too discouraged. My sister inlaw was 5cm dilated for two weeks when I was a finger tip and went into full blown labor. Dilation means nothing. Effacing on the other hand is important and will help you predict when it's coming

In the same boat, I'm gonna be 39 tomorrow so hopefully something happens.
