i am now 39 weeks pregnant and i have been having lower pack pain for a couple of days now and cramping for the last 2 weeks does this mean i will be going into labor soon??...i really want to have my baby in the next 3 days, will that be possible??

If your body is getting ready then you can try walking.. and I mean ALOT!!!! That and I bounced on the edge of my bed and had lots of sex.. Threw me into labor quick with my first one!

Hard to say. Baby will ultimately come when baby wants, whether mommy wants it sooner or not. If you start to get 4 or more contractions in an hour, go to l&d and get checked out.
