Hi ladies! I'll be 35wks this coming Thursday... I feel everyone about the hip/pelvic pain...Man it hurts so bad just to walk to the bathroom!! We tried for so long to get this little one and I am very grateful and trying to take it all in stride, but sometimes it's hard. I'm not having much of her feet in my ribs - she keeps herself all balled up tight farther down. Due to this, I feel as if my lower abdomen is going to tear open lol! I have an OB appt. on Tuesday so hopefully he can tell me if she has engaged yet or not. I'm hoping to have her about 37wks like I did with DS!!! Congrats to all of us who have made it this far and we are in the home stretch!!!!

I am a little behind the rest of the posters, only just started my third trimester, though I am amazed at some of the symptoms I have had already. With my first son I didn't start feeling pelvic and hip pain until around 32 weeks, but with this one it started around 26-27 weeks. The BH contractions started a lot earlier too. Everything else is good, baby is measuring a week or so big, but a great heartbeat and wonderful scans so far. I go back to my regular OB appointment on Jan 17th and then I have another ultrasound (probably my last) on March 1st due to a cyst on my ovary that they want to watch.

this is my last pregnancy as well but im not upset about that. I am diabetic type 2 and now im taking alot of insulin and up to 3 shots a day.. it makes it a long haul not being able to give into those cravings of whatever it is i want at the time.
but im pretty happy to be honest..i am 29 weeks monday so this may all change as i get closer to the end but other than the lack of sleep im feeling pretty good. i still dont know if im having a boy or a girl yet but i go for another ultra sound on the 14th to check the growth of the baby..
just praying that all goes well. cant wait to meet my bean and know what he/she will look like...

I am also ready and as much as I am going to miss the fact that this is truly my last pregnancy and I will never get to experience all of the pregnancy joys again.  I am going to be so happy to push the little guy out. :) 36 weeks tomorrow and so sore.. Feet in the ribs, his hiccups that keep me up at night. A pelvis so sore I can barely stand much less walk.  Swollen hands and feet. Pre-term labor since 31 weeks and high BP. I am tired and also have a 3 year old who runs me ragged.
Also the 18 point turns I take in bed at night just to find a spot that will not cause my hips to pop out. Heartburn and hormones! UGH...

On a bright note I cannot wait to meet you my little man. You already have Mommy and Daddy wrapped around your little finger.  :) Now your sister on the other hand may want to shove you back in.. LOL

I must be in the minority!  I'm actually not feeling too bad - last time, I was due at the end of September and went through the heat of the summer being much further along in my pregnancy....I retained more water and was, generally, much more uncomfortable.  Being so far along in the winter is much more pleasant! :-)

I'm excited to meet my new baby....but at the same time, because this isn't my first and I know more about what having a newborn entails, I'm enjoying my last few days of relative relaxation (well, as much relaxation as you can get with a very busy 3 year old...LOL)

m3lanie said it best, lol! I'm ready to have my little man any day now. I think I would be more eager to stick it out to 38+ weeks if it wasn't for the pre-term labor and the meds I have to be on to prevent it. I get to 36 weeks tomorrow, which is my goal, and after my OB appointment on Tuesday, I think I'll go for a nice, long walk...

I agree with m3lanie! The last few weeks this pregnancy has not been any fun. I have had so many new pains that I have never had with my first two pregnancy, its not even funny. I was one of the ladies that LOved being pregnant, I mean I do but man Oh man, I am happy this is my Last :o)  10 weeks togo!

I'm just happy that It will be over with anytime now. I am not enjoying this pregnancy at all. How can you when you feel like you need a brand new set of hips that are looser than anything and hurt- walking between the bed and toilet hurts (need a walking frame at times), constant need to pee, pressure below, feet in the ribs, indigestion, sciatica just to name a few. Now if that's fun for people then all the power to ya! Oh and  did I mention the lack of sleep, feeling like a bag of poop and like you got so
drunk the day  before suffering from a hangover except this hangover is pregnancy related? Oh yes I know but it is all worth it. :)
