3rd trimester!

I'm a first time mom, is there anything wacky I should know about the 3rd trimester? :)

I didn't have any Braxton hicks with my first until the last couple weeks.  It was just tightness and I had to be thinking about it to notice.  With second it started a little earlier and was more noticeable.  If you get Braxton hicks, use them to practice relaxing during contractions.  It lessens the pain by a LOT.  Look up the Bradley method of childbirth.

Its a huggy feeling from what iv felt. Everyone is different tho. There are different contractions. I'd say start doing your research on what to look for lol!

I don't even know what a contraction feels like lol. It's probably going to freak me out when it first happens.

I didn't feel the bhs with my first.but i think i felt the start of them yesterday. Feels just like a contraction but a million times better. Lol not painful like a regular contraction but defiantly noticeable to me yesterday.

I've had pain for months, I have bad joints so it's been pretty severe. My mom doesn't think the baby will drop because of how short waisted I am, I didn't drop when she was pregnant and I'm worse than her lol. I haven't had the Braxton Hicks yet though, curious about how that will feel.

I've been having braxton hicks & baby girl kicks like noooooo other, can be seriously painful. Other than that I feel as great as ever (: this has been the best trimester for me so far.

And if you haven't gotten really bad back pain yet you will now

If your hips havnt started spreading yet they will. That's pretty painful. And expect a few more dresses lol. With my first i got terrible acid reflex/heart burn in the third trimester. Its been worse this time lol. If baby hasn't dropped yet that's an experience. Braxton hicks if those have not started yet.
