3rd trimester and running

im 36 weeks pregnant and still go jogging. Does anyone else? Not sure if I should even still be jogging...

Thanks and I sure hope so. Im really wanting to try for a vbac this time

as long as yu are used to it, it's completely fine. you'll have an easy labor!!

I've done some research because I want to stay active as well. So far it doesn't seem to be an  issue just dont over do it.

If youve been jogging up to 36weeks im sure you'll be fine. As your scared of falling just walk.. Hats off to u i could hardly walk anywhere without getting exhausted lol x

Maybe I will just switch to walking. Im not worried about gaining, I have only gained 32lbs total so far. But now that I think about it I dont really want to fall and have something happen either. I was just hoping it would make the big day come a little sooner abd go a little easier

Me personally I wouldn't do it my sis on the other hand was on her treadmill until the day she went into labor !!!! But she also didn't want to gain any weight, I think she starved herself the whole pregnancy!!!! I don't think that there is anything wrong with walking !!!
