3rd trimester mommys?!?

Any 3rd trimester mommys have any comfortable ways to sleep? Lately I can't ever get comfortable and back pain plays a major role.

If you're using a body pillow that you hug I would definitely also put a regular pillow behind your back so you don't need to use so many muscles to stay on your side! I also kinda lay half sideways, while one side of my body hugs the body pillow with that leg bent up, and half on my stomach. Sometimes I curl up my body pillow into a circle, stack some pillows on top and lay on that in a position that is comfortable. It helps with heartburn and if I feel nauseous.

I lay with a pillow under my head and a Body pillow in front of me and behind me with my belly on top of the pillow as well as my breast and I have another smaller pillow in between my breasts.

I find it heavenly when I have a pillow for my head, a body pillow for between my legs and to curl my arms around, one behind my back helps relieve pressure and I readjust accordingly depending on where pain is, then one under my belly as well. This seems go be the only way I am 100% comfy but usually I just use a body pillow and head pillow since I need to save room for husband, toddler, 2 dogs and a cat on our bed

I always had 4 pillows for my head, a body pillow to wrap between my legs and under my tummy, and a pillow for my back. And I would switch sides throughout the night to keep myself comfortable.

I sleep side ways and lift one knee up lol with or with out pillow in between legs, it doesnt really matter i gues its just however you feel more comfortable...sleeping like this actually takes my back pain away at night and lets me sleep more
