40 weeks tomorrow

I'm trying everything I can think of to help bring on labor. My doctor told me to absoulutly not have sex because my mucus plug has been coming out for the last 2 weeks. Is there anything that I can do to help bring in labor.

Spicy food worked for my first baby. He came at 39 weeks.

I've tried pineapple juice and walking, stairs but I won't try castor oil I've heard too many bad things about it.

I'm 40 weeks today. No baby :(. I've tried castor oil,pineapple ,walking etc but nothings works. Guess he'll come when he's ready
