First off don't panic or worry that your hcg levels are low; they are not. The main point to remember here is that over 2 different days the level has increased, which is exactly what should be happening. There is no specific answer as to what your levels should be at 5 weeks, but they will be low and they will get higher as your pregnancy progresses. My understanding is that around 7 weeks the hcg starts to really dig its claws in and there will be significant increases in hcg levels. So long story short, as long as your levels do not decrease, then your pregnancy is progressing.
