5cm dilated and no regular contractions!!!

this is my second. I'm 39 weeks and 4 days. I'm 5cm dilated, 90% effaced with no regular contractions! I have a lot of pressure in my pelvic area and tailbone/lower back. I'm nervous that when I cruelly go in to active labor if I'll make it to the hospital! I don't know!!!.... Any advice???

No advice but I sat at that exact  measurement for about a week or two before my daughter arrived.

Youll be fine. Once labor does start youll know when its time to go.

Yes u will do fine I was the same way with my sec daughter I was 5cm dilated when I went to my 38 week check up n they said u wouldn't make it until next week so I went into labor that afternoon.  U will do fine I made it to the hospital I didn't have no contractions  n I sat threw parenting class with my fiance for 2 hrs in labor n didn't know . N had my daughter the next day u will b fine
