5th baby! Weight gain issues

hey there so I'm almost 28 weeks with my fifth baby he will be my 2nd boy and we are sooo excited after 3 girls in a row to welcome him!!! I've had a lot of issues in my pregnancy including 24/7 no break nasua and vomiting every single day so my pre pregnancy weight was a regular 120 im 5'1 well iv currently only weight 114 and haven't been able to put on a single pound for him! My belly is small but still on track my body on the other hand is starting to look really rough!! My Dr has told me my bodies reserve is long gone and my son is now taking all nutrients from me and I am severely anemic because of it and usually dehydrated :( . So I basically constantly am worrying about this little man getting what he needs . I have a scan on Monday to check on his growth but I'm wondering if any ladies have been through anything similar with gaining no weight (actually losing) and still having a healthy baby? I really need some peace of mind . I'm on the verge of being admitted by my Dr because I'm barely functioning at this point and taking care of my 8,6,2& 1 year old other children is proving beyond challenging :( any advice is greatly appreciated.. Thankyou dears !!!

I sweetie. if you haven't already tried it,  maybe you can try general and ginger snap cookies, these have helped me in the past with my nausea and vomiting. I too have 4 kids and I'm also pregnant with my 5th baby. my first , my son I didn't have any problems with him. My second,  my daughter I lost weight but I did gain alot but at around 28-29 weeks I started to lose weight . my doctor was getting concerned about my daughter because he said that my stomach was 1 week behind of measurement of what it should have been.  But he summed it up to be that my baby girl was going to be small and petite. This was at my 37 week appointment tho. I have been and still am anemic through out all of my pregnancies. she was born 2 days later,  healthy 7lb 11oz 20.5in there was no health problems with her.
I'm 18w5d today and I'm still losing weight but baby is healthy as far as I know.  I have my 20 week ultrasound on the 4th of April, I should know more by then. My sister had trouble gaining weight with her pregnancy and she had a 7lb 8oz baby girl,  she's turning 3 weeks next Wednesday.
sorry I'm not much help sweetie.
