5wks back pain
Hi I'm 5wks pregnant and have this annoying pain.on and off in my back and I just as wondering if anyone else had that too and what helps it?

If you were my patient, I would advise you that pregnancy and back pain go hand in hand! You can try acetominophen, heat ice or massage. Do whichever helps most. It is likely temporary.

My dear, i'm 11 wks and have all the time this pain. I cant log sit, stai or lai down. :/
