6 months peggo and pain while exercising

Since I have come about my 6th month I experience pain when I go to walk my 2 miles that I have been doing since the beginning.  It happens in my lower stomach.  They feel like cramps and I have to stop because it hurts, what is causing this?  Can I walk the cramps out?  Should I stop excerising?  I don't want to because I have gained 33 pounds and I am only 24w.

Is your tummy already protuding a lot?  I ask this for you may need to were a pg belly brace that helps support the tummy and may help with your pains--and maybe slow done the pace if you are a fast walker.

I would definitley get the belly strap.  This will help support your growing belly, and it is good for your back.

Yes, belly is growing fast and I am carrying very low.  Where can I get this strap?  If I hold my belly while I am walking it does help a bit.  I also have slowed the pace to about 2.5 which is like a crawl compared to my running before at 6.0.

Do you have a MOTHERHOOD MATERNITY store?
They do have them for sure, or MIMI maternity Or PEA in the POD maternity.  Motherhood is the most reasonable.
I think you definitely need one!
