Everyone's different , with my daughter I was sick from day 1 to the day I delivered. This pregnancy I just was tired and extremely cranky lol.. I tested for 2 months before I even got a positive result cause I just knew I was pregnant I  just wanted to sleep and everything made me mad or irritable still does lol... But with my daughter I didnt even believe I was pregnant because I still had periods till I was 4 months pregnant. The Dr said it was normal but it was just weird and I didnt even get a belly till I was 28W with her. With this one I started getting a Pudge around 10-12W?

That is perfectly normal. Everyone experiences pregnancy differently. I had some symptoms starting at 4 weeks, my sister who is 36 weeks right now didn't have any symptoms besides cramping, and back pain until 15 weeks. Some times pregnancy leaves us in shock and we don't really "feel" pregnant. You can always request an ultrasound of your baby and you can ask for a blood test that show you the pregnancy hormone level I think seeing it on paper always helps :)

With my first I never had any symptoms at all. Didn't even get a bump till the end. This one I had cramps and emotional at the beginning.  I'm now 21 weeks 3 days and get heart burn or headaches. I'm already showing as well
