6wks 2day n maybe hving twins?

I had a miscarriage in beg of may n im pregnant gain. my friend as a baby heart monitor n she used it on me today, it picks up from 6weeks. on my left side could hear a heart beat in da middle nothin then could hear another on da right side.  could that mean twins?

It also picks up yours its like a echo at times. So not necessarily twins
