7 weeks pregnant

Hi, im 7 weeks pregnant and haven't had morning sickness but im very tired and have bad stabbing pains in my tummy it comes and goes. Does anyone know what that could be. Also is there any other pregnancy tablets I could take as pregnacare is too big and the taste makes me sick. I need a smaller tablet. Is there anything you would recommend. I dont have a clue as this is my first child xx xx

I suggest either Walmart or Target gummy prenatals, they cover the basics and do not make you sick. I've been so gassy on the ones I usually take....either that or constipation.

I strongly recommend all natural prenatals. They are plant and vegetable based and have no chemicals and/or additives.

I highly recommend you take your prenatals. At Walmart they have gummies that taste good and don't have that smell. They also have smaller pills. Just make sure it has folic acid. The prenatals are very important even if you do have a well balanced diet.

I why talk with your doctor immediately about the pain in your stomach.  Also You don't have to take your prenatal vitamins.  Mine make me sick.
