definitely go get checked out, like other girls said it could be a UTI, Kidney infection.... I was peeing blood a couple weeks ago and they think I may have passed a kidney stone... it's prolly nothing to worry about but when you're pregnant it's better to be safe than sorry

I should also say, if you have THAT severe of a UTI, that can seriously compromise your pregnancy. So definitely get it checked out either way.

When i was prego i got a uti like that. Went to the doc and they gave me a shot of antibiotics in my hip and sent me home. I woke up later and couldnt pee. My uti was so servere it caused my kidney to fail. Although the uti didnt hurt me..the kidney failure did. My kidney started working the next day. I was in baptist hospital in nashville for 3 days

Yes, if you're heavily bleeding, especially passing clots, go to the doctors, ER, wherever you have to go, UTI's or infections generally don't make you pass clots, so get it checked out!

No if you are actually peeing the blood and it's not coming from your vagina then it is likely a uti, kindney, or bladder infection. But definitely get it checked any infection could be bad for baby
