9 days late....
Ok.. my last period started on 3/11, I am 9 days late & have spent a fortune on hpts - all neg. We don't use ANY form of birth control, I am 33 yrs old & have NEVER missed a period, or been more than 5 days late in my life! I am aware of my monthly CM, and we had sex towards the end of March when it was present. Also, when I was 3 & 4 days late, I had a very small amount of light pink show. My doctor says she believes from the CM that I ovulated, but they will only do a blood test if medically necessary. So... I guess my sanity is not medically necessary=(. We weren't ttc, but not knowing is unbearable. Anyone else have this happen?
I just got back from the doctor - neg urine test, blood test results will be back Monday or Tuesday The ultrasound showed nothing in the edometrium, no sac seen, etc, BUT it did show a 3.5 cm cyst on my left ovary. The US tech said that it looks like either a follicular cyst (egg) or a corpeus leteum cyst. So, she said that either it is a cyst that promotes pregnancy (which I had with my first pregnancy, or I'm ovulating (????). I left there more confused than when I went in!!! Anyone else have confusing US results early on??
My doctor just called back again & said I could come in tomorrow for a urine test, blood test & ultrasound, so we should hopefully know one way or the other tomorrow! They said that if the ultrasound doesnt show anything (if it is too early), then we'll have bloodwork results back in 2 days (+ the weekend = teusday).
To answer your questions, I do have other symptoms. I have a constant mild backache, very mild cramps, and weird symptoms like I usually still get acne when my period is due, but right now my skin is clearer than it has been in years! I also have had a migraine & the last time I had one of those was when I was pregnant with my daughter, who is almost 3.

This happened to me as well - I'm always EXACTLY on time, and we are TTC. I was also exactly 9 days late, 3 tests showed negative. Then the next day AF arrived. So could just be a very irregular period, or taking longer for your HCG count to show up on a HPT. If AF doesn't show within in the next week I'd take another test, and if still negative, get the doc to do a test which are more accurate.

I had LMP on exactly same day as you, I KNOW I ovulated on 28/3 and I haven't got AF yet! My cycles are longer so I think I am only 5 days late. I also get BFNs. You got any other symptoms??
