A complete morning meal?

Hello

My doctor told me to eat a complete meal 3 times a day. On the morning time i really enjoy taking my cereal bowl with milk, an orange juice on the side. The cereals i am taking are nutritious (50 % iron, 60 % folid acid).
Can i consider that like a real meal? I don't see what else i could eat on morning time and i feel that i need my daily milk bowl with my daily cereals.

add some protien (cheese or peanut butter. also eggs are a good choice.
I am gestational diabetic taking insulin so i really watch what i eat and most mornig breakfast is the same
glass of milk, toasted wholewheat english muffin, usually with peanut butter, an orange and at least half the time i have 2 slices of bacon and some eggs. Since i've been home from the hospital i have been using a small round tupperware container to cook my egg is the microwave, it on;y takes 1 minute, and i put it on my english muffin with cheese instead of peanut butter

That sounds like a complete breakfast. Maybe you could add a piece of toast or some fruit. Sounds like you're right on as far as breakfast goes. Just make sure to incorporate fruits and vegetables (if possible) to lunch and dinner. :)
