ADVICE PLEASE

I recently began my new job and i have not told my boss about my pregnancy. My position is temporary until my probation period ends. Once a permanent employee, I will no longer make hourly pay but will have a yearly salary. I just graduated from college last year and this is a perfect start for my business career and supporting my baby.  I am 6 months pregnant and NOT showing . I know I have not worked long enough for maternity leave, I've saved enough money to hold me over for a few months, but I really want to continue working for this company a few weeks after Alanna is born. And to make matters worse, she asked me if I was single because I'd be the perfect fit for her son. So now it's that much more difficult for me to tell her.

When is it best to let her know?
What can I say to convince her to keep me after my baby is born?

In my province, as long as you've worked there 13 weeks before your due date, you're job position is secure. I would just do a great job at work and show up on time all the time and show them how much of a valuable asset you are. There is no law stating you must tell your employer UNLESS you plan on taking a leave of some sort.

Just do a good job everyday work hard and show how much u wanjt it and after u can't hide it anymore tell her but u should tell her first. Because I didn't tell my boss and she was very sad however she was very happy for me and gave me a promotion and secured my job spot so after my son is born I can go back!:) I was so relieved
