Is it normal to feel crampy in your 7th week

Hi,  as stated, yes, it's pretty normal.  Women describe them a bit like menstruation cramps.  Here's an article that talks about them in detail:

I've only recently found out Im expecting and was convinced mine were period cramps. Its common to experience cramps when your period should be due during pregnancy.

Yes very normal. but if you see blood go to the ER asap.  I had cramping with all my pregnancies,  I'm now having my 5th baby,  I'm 26 weeks tomorrow.
