When you feed her, keep her swaddled and kids prop her up safely for at least 30 minutes after she eats. Don't give a pacifier to her that much because pacifiers cause gas in the tummy and make acid reflux worse. If she's formula fed, don't shake the bottle when you make it. Make sure when you make it to stir it. It takes longer but reduces the bubbles in it and that'll reduce gas and acid reflux. Also after she's done eating make sure to burp her good. That should reduce the spit up. You can also try switching formulas if she's formula fed and if the spitting up doesn't get better with these things, is make a call to the pediatrician just to see if there's anything else you can do.
My baby girl had acid reflux and she spit up all night. If she isn't spitting up and she isn't crying like it is bothering/hurting her I wouldn't worry. Easier said than done I know but if you really are worried call your pediatrician's office and speak to a nurse. Now as far as switching your baby around from days to nights I waited until about 2 months. Then I kept her awake for longer periods of time during the day and gave her like 30 minute naps at a time. The first night I did that she slept 6 hours straight. But babies will do what makes them happy. I would sleep when she sleeps if possible and then night Times awake won't be as bad. Hope this helps
