What are your thoughts about getting nails done while pregnant?

Idk im a very natural person sry. Dint get nails done or hair bs find it dumb expensive and not necessary. Its harmful to you therefore harmful to baby. I see no reason to get it done at all esp during pregnancy. I don't even use chemicals in my home. Borax, vinegar water takes care of pretty much everything. Steam clean the floors.

I got mine done for my shower and just got a touch up on them a few days ago. I also have had pedicures through this whole pregnancy and we are both perfectly healthy. If you need reassured or if your BD does as well then ask your doctor about them so you both hear it together

U have people that work in the salon pregnant. You breath in worst things everyday sorry to say and dying your hair while pregnant isn't harmful either.

You not gonna hurt your baby . My doctor told me too treat myself too a mini and padi. So That Means It's Fine lol. Go enjoy yourself

I always get my hands and feet done its so relaxing. I jutt ask for a mask to wear baby will be fine. I'm 38 weeks been getting my nails and feet done this entire pregnancy. Being pregnant doesn't mean u have to skimp out on pampering yourself

I personally love to get my nails and hair done. It feels good to be pampered. Makes me feel that much more beautiful. And my man loves it!! (:

My doc said if the person wears a masks you shouldn't do it. I wanted to but the chemicals can cause us respiratory problems as is why would you want to expose your unborn child to that risk as well

I've had mine done, I just had them have the fan on and the smell didn't bother me.

I have gotten them done twice. Just stay well ventilated and ask for a mask if the smell makes you gag and you should be fine
